Artist Statement

My work explores the joy of experimentation, discovery, and unfiltered play, with a focus on viewing art as a social activity. I believe creativity is most meaningful when shared, and I aim to build spaces where people connect with one another through creation.

Through painting, drawing, bookmaking, and public installations, I invite others to try new things and to value process over perfection. My Double Sided Notebook project reflects my love for crafting with others, treating drawing as a way of hanging out, socializing, and breaking the ice, while my public installation pieces, Draw Anything, encourages strangers on the street to connect through art. My work blurs the lines between artist, and audience, emphasizing art, as a collective and inclusive experience

At the core, my practice is about exploration, of materials, of the community I live in, and of myself. I see my work as an evolving dialogue between individual expression and shared experience.
